The hotel had comfortable and spacious rooms with a beautiful architectural design, although the washroom fittings could be improved. The service was attentive and made us feel at home with responsive and cooperative staff. The location was convenient, close to the KSRTC Bus Stand Munnar for easy access to nearby places, though being on the top of the hotel was a bit disappointing. The dining experience was very good, even though the variety of items was limited. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few areas for enhancement.
